Jessica Simpson is only 20, but the pop singer admits she's had some "diva moments.''

Simpson tells CosmoGIRL! that with people making a fuss over her all the time, it's hard to stay true to herself.

"I've definitely had my diva moments where I hate my outfit because my stomach's hanging out over my pants or my butt looks big. I'll blow up at people,'' Simpson said. "But I'm not some ... machine. I'm human.''

In the article, Simpson talks about her shyness - and her upcoming album.

"I have this fear of talking to people. I'm worried they won't like me,'' Simpson said. "I've always had that insecurity. I tried to go up to Celine Dion at the Billboard Awards last year - she was right there - but I couldn't do it!''

And Simpson realizes that her second record could make or break her.

"I'm right there ready to explode. ... Or I could go pffffffft. No one could ever hear from me again.''
