ASCAP Pop Music Awards Announced

Destiny's Child singer Beyonce Knowles and Dido picked up the biggest prizes at the ASCAP Pop Music Awards on Monday.
Knowles was named Songwriter Of The Year winner by the American Society of Composers, Authors and Performers - whilst Dido won Song Of The Year for "Thank You" at the bash at the Beverly Hilton Hotel in Los Angeles.
The Strokes secured the College Vanguard Award for their debut album "This Is It," and Janet Jackson's "All For You," Madonna's "Music" and Vertical Horizon's "You're A God" all picked up prizes too.
