Christina Aguilera's New Album

Christina Aguilera is set to follow Pink's example and rock out on her new album.

The pop star has already enlisted the help of former 4 Non Blondes rocker Linda Perry - who wrote tunes for Pink's "M!ssundaztood!" album - as a co-writer on the new album.

And now she has called on former Red Hot Chili Peppers star Dave Navarro to help out too.

Aguilera admits she can't wait to hear what fans think of her new rock sound.

She says, "When you're seventeen, you're green and I fell into something that wasn't quite me. Being 21 now, I've grown into more of what I feel like as a woman. This record is definitely my baby."

The album will be Aguilera's first since 2000's Spanish-language "Mi Reflejo."
