Church Told By Boyfriend To Quit Smoking

Teen opera star Charlotte Church's boyfriend is on the verge of splitting with the singer - because he can't cope with the celebrity lifestyle surrounding her.

According to Britain's NEW! magazine, badboy DJ Steven Johnson is also adamant Church quits smoking, because he hates her "ciggie breath".

The Welshman has now offered the 18-year-old beauty an ultimatum - she must quit the cigarettes and the showbiz parties, or he'll split with her for good.

A source close to Charlotte says, "She was gutted last week after he finished with her yet again - this time over her smoking addiction. Steven has given up, which is something Charlotte can't do.

"He hates her ciggie breath and has said, 'It's the cigs or me.'"

Another pal of the couple adds, "Steven is fed up. He wants to go back to his mates, away from the showbiz fakeness. But if Charlotte sees he is gone she is distraught."
