Alicia Silverstone To Wed Punk Rocker

Miss Match actress AAlicia Silverstone's reasons for hitting the road with punk stars S.T.U.N. this summer have been revealed - she's secretly planning to wed the group's singer.

The movie star shocked many people when she revealed she'd spent much of the summer touring with the group on The Tonight Show last week, but, when probed, she coyly insisted she was just "a friend of the band."

But singer Chris Jarecki has been living with the Clueless actress for the past two years and friends claim she's now pushing him to put a wedding ring on her finger.

A pal says, "Her wedding plans came out of the blue and Chris is still reeling from her proposal. He adores her and I expect they'll walk down the aisle very soon."

Sources claim Alicia's wedding plans are being fuelled by her hopes of becoming a mom.

One reveals, "Although she's very career driven, Alicia is also very family-oriented."
