Missy Pulls Out Of Ruben Project

Missy Elliott has pulled out of a planned duet with American Idol winner Ruben Studdard.

But larger-than-life R+B star Studdard is far from concerned by Missy's withdrawal - his upcoming debut album Soulful will feature collaborations with Ja Rule, r. Kelly, Fat Joe and producer Swizz Beats.

Studdard says, "Of course it's a shame about Missy. We'll have to save that for the second record. Both of our schedules were just so hectic."

The R+B sensation is hoping to record a video with fellow heavyweight Fat Joe for their collaboration on Can I Get Your Attention?

Studdard adds, "Hopefully we'll get a chance to shoot the video for the song in Miami 'cause it's really just a real fun song and I enjoy Fat Joe every time I'm around him. We have nothing but fun and he's been nothing but a blessing to me, teaching me the ins and outs of the game."
