Jessica Simpson kicked out of club

Jessica Simpson was left in floods of tears when she was kicked out of a Los Angeles nightclub.

The sexy singer - who stars in MTV's 'Newlyweds' with husband Nick Lachey - was enjoying a night out at the Avalon nightclub with a group of friends, when one of them was harassed by a doorman.

Jessica went to try and help her friend, but ended up getting thrown out herself.

Her spokesperson told America's New York Post newspaper: "She went to the defence of a friend and the security guard verbally abused her and asked her to leave the premises."

Husband Nick immediately rushed to the nightspot to take his distressed wife home.
