Twain Honoured In Hometown

Country singer Shania Twain is flying back to her native Canada to be honoured in her hometown of Timmins.

The That Don't Impress Me Much hitmaker lives with her husband Robert 'mutt' Lange in Switzerland, but will be returning to the Ontario town for the November 2nd 'Shania Twain Day'.

Timmins mayor Vic Power announced Tuesday Twain will cut the ribbon at the official opening of the Shania Twain Center, which was opened in July 2001, when Twain was too pregnant with son Eja to fly from Switzerland.
