N*E*R*D To Split?

Rap superstars N*e*r*d are reportedly on the verge of splitting up following a series of feuds with their record label.

Despite selling over 750,000 copies of their first two albums, N*e*r*d stars Pharrell Williams, Chad Hugo and Shay Hayley are fed-up with the way their career is being handled by Virgin Records.

A source says, "Both Pharrell and Chad like complete control over everything they do and they're at their wits end with Virgin.

"They've been trying to come to a solution but now they want out.

"All three guys have a great chemistry together, so they'd probably come out under a new name, but it looks as though it's the end for the original band."
