Lil' Kim's Party Guest Found Dead

A woman who attended rapper Lil' Kim's birthday party has been found dead in the nightclub where it was held.

Ingrid Rivera, 24, attended the event at Spotlight Live, a New York karaoke club, on Sunday night.

Her body was discovered on the rooftop of the club on Wednesday. It is believed she was beaten with a blunt object - possibly a champagne bottle - and left for dead.

A police spokesman says the official cause of death would be determined by the medical examiner's office in due course.

A representative for Lil' Kim has told website TMZ.com the star did not personally know the victim, nor had she seen anything unusual at her birthday celebration.
