Jay-Z's Sin City 40/40 Club to Close?

Hip-hop mogul Jay-Z is reportedly looking to sell his 40/40 sports bar in Las Vegas because the club has allegedly failed to make any profit since its grand opening late last year.
The rapper - real name Shawn Carter - launched the Sin City venture, part of his 40/40 chain, in December.
But according to website MediaTakeOut.com, the club's investors are losing patience with the lack of money rolling in, and want to pull out from the deal altogether.
The star's 40/40 chain has been hit with a bout of bad publicity in recent months, with staff at the New York branch accusing the managers of pay discrepancies.
