The 34 year old My Humps hitmaker admits negative comments about her weight and her appearance often leave her sad and deflated.

So she logs online to get some love from the group's supporters.

She says, "You know, when you're worried about gaining a few pounds or feeling ugly, or any of those normal things that girls go through? The fans' messages just really help the self-esteem."
