Pink is fighting through the pain of a separated shoulder as she kicks off her first headlining tour of America.
The pop star took her Funhouse tour to Seattle, Washington on Tuesday night and told fans she was injured.
Pink said, "The louder you cheer the less pain I feel."
Reports suggest the singer injured herself while performing at the MTV Video Music Awards in New York on Sunday, when she sang her hit Sober swinging high above the audience at Radio City Music Hall on a trapeze.
Pink performed the song at Seattle's Key Arena on Tuesday, but this time she stayed onstage.
She insists she's not considering postponing any shows.
