Kanye West's Assault Hearing Delayed

Rapper Kanye West has won a delay in his assault case.

The Stronger hitmaker is charged with vandalism, battery and grand theft after allegedly lashing out at photographers at Lax airport in Los Angeles last year.

A pre-trial hearing was set for this month, but the star's lawyer Blair Berk went to court on Friday and successfully obtained a delay.

The next hearing is now scheduled to take place on 23 October.
