Lady GaGa made an arresting sight as she jetted out of Los Angeles on Monday - turning up for her flight in just her lingerie and a pair of handcuffs.

The Poker Face superstar arrived at Los Angeles International Airport fresh from her headline-making appearance at the MTV Video Music Awards on Sunday, where she shocked the star-studded audience with her dress made of meat.

And the singer refused to go low-key as she was leaving the city - she strutted through security checks wearing only her underwear with a pair of handcuffs attached.

But despite carrying the police accessory, she made it through the metal detectors - Transportation Security Administration officials insisted the item was not a threat to fellow passengers.
