No Doubt star Gwen Stefani has vowed to give up her obsession with her weight - because she is fed up with worrying about her body.

The pregnant singer has long been concerned with what others think of her physical image, but insists she is now learning to let go of her fitness fixation.

She says, "I've spent a lot of time wasted on it, thinking about it. Nowadays, I just try to realise how stupid it is, because nobody cares - except me!"
