Rap's comeback king Jay-Z is laughing off rumors his new record deal with concert promoters Live Nation is not going to plan.

The Big Pimpin' star, who signed with Live Nation earlier this year to take over his future album releases and tours, was said to be furious at Live Nation bosses because the deal was allegedly "falling apart".

But the rapper has dismissed the claims, simply stating, "That's silly."

The Live Nation deal is not due to start until Jay-Z completes his contractual duties with Def Jam Records. He recently confirmed he was working on his final Lp on the iconic label, Blueprint 3, but the disc has yet to be given a release date.
