Britney Spears' new album will include a musical tribute to her two young sons.

After a traumatic year, during which she lost custody of Sean Preston, two, and Jayden James, one, the singer is now reunited with the pair, thanks to a court order granting her increased visitation rights.

And she has written the new track to thank the tots for inspiring her to get her life and career back on track.

She tells Ok! magazine "I actually wrote a song for my new album called My Baby. It's a real beautiful song."

Spears confirms the comeback album is due for release in the next "six to eight months".
