Rapper Yung Joc is facing further legal drama after the mother of his son filed a lawsuit against him, claiming he failed to pay child support.

Fatimah Jester is suing the Georgia-based star - real name Jasiel Robinson - alleging he owes her $2,000 in alimony payments for their seven-year-old son.

Jester tells U.S. TV network ABC that Robinson has "all kinds of cars" including a Bentley and Mercedes Benz - but has failed to make financial provisions for his child, according to TMZ.com.

A judge will hear the case on September 11th.

The It's Goin' Down hitmaker is also facing a felony charge of carrying a concealed weapon, after allegedly attempting to take a loaded handgun through security at Ohio's Cleveland Hopkins International Airport in December.
