Lily Allen has sparked fears for her well-being after declaring she "feels like killing herself" on her personal Facebook page.

The singer worried friends after posting "Lily has had enough, feels like killing herself" on her private page on the social networking site at 4.30pm on Thursday, according to British newspaper the Daily Mail.

The statement was subsequently removed and replaced with an entry that reportedly read, "Lily is dying inside" at 5.52pm that day.

And Allen appeared to reference her recent clash with rocker Sir Elton John when she posted: "Was he upset? I'm worried now, was I mean?" at 1.31am on Friday.

The outspoken pair hit the headlines after sparking a war of words onstage as they co-hosted this year's Gq Men Of The Year Awards in London on Tuesday.

Fiery John complained about the amount of champagne Allen drank, and after she told him to "f**k off", he retorted: "I could still snort you under the table."
