50 Cent has ended his long rift with rival rapper Jadakiss, and the pair are now planning a collaboration.

The pair has been at war ever since Jadakiss appeared on Murder Inc. rapper Ja Rule's 2004 track New York, which took a swipe at the Candy Shop star.

The two have since fired off at each other in a succession of songs and videos.

But Jadakiss - real name Jayson Tyrone Phillips - has met with 50 Cent and cleared the air.

He tells Hip Hop Weekly, "We hollered like grown men, kicked it, and hopefully there's a good outcome off of this."
