Kelly Rowland longs to get married after fighting back tears at former bandmate Beyonce Knowles' top secret wedding earlier this year.

Rowland, who shot to fame in Destiny's Child alongside Knowles, was a guest when Knowles wed rapper Jay-Z in New York, and the singer, who broke off her engagement to American footballer Roy Williams in 2005, is now looking for a man to marry.

The Survivor singer admits she had been put off the idea of marriage but witnessing her best pal's big day has made her realise she wants to follow suit.

She says, "Seeing Beyonce get married to Jay-Z did make me want to tie the knot, but I'm not ready yet."

The single singer, 27, may have a long wait on her hands, because her work commitments keep getting in the way of love.

She adds, "I'm just working. I was dumped in my last relationship because I was working so much - another one bites the dust."
